Click fraud lawsuit targets IAC’s Citysearch from News.com reports a law firm is targeting IAC’s Citysearch.com for allegedly “defrauding its advertising customers of millions of dollars” by “turning a blind eye to click fraud” and actually “encouraging” the click fraud, said Kabateck Brown Kellner of the law firm.
This Los Angeles based law firm, Kabateck, has already sued Google and Yahoo in the past on click fraud charges. We documented the Google case in Greg Sterling’s Google Sued For Undesired AdSense Inclusion and now they are going after Citysearch.com.
