Baidu.jp Blocking Chinese Users

Xiaowan in the forum reports that Baidu Japan is blocking Chinese IPs (possibly in order to push people towards Baidu China to not anger the Chinese government, as Xiaowan ponders). Xiaowan previously reported that Baidu.jp’s image search could be used for adult searches, which don’t result in hits on Baidu.cn... [Thanks Hong Xiaowan!]
